Catherine Zeta-Jones, one of the cast members of Netflix's Wednesday, has recently been suspected of undergoing plastic surgery procedures like breast implants, a facelift, a nose job, a lot of Botox, and more. Looking at her no-makeup appearance as well as then and now pictures, we can clearly see changes in the 53-year-old star's appearance. However, Catherine always denies all of the allegations.
Netflix's coming-of-age fantasy series, Wednesday, based on the characters created by American cartoonist Charles Addams, revolves around the titular character, Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega). Wednesday enrolls at Nevermore Academy, a boarding school for outcasts like her, after attending eight schools in five years. Humanity is divided into two subspecies in this adaptation of the Addams Family. Outcasts, such as Wednesday, have unique abilities, whereas normies are ordinary people.
In the series, there are many different types of social misfits, including werewolves, vampires, sirens, gorgons, and shapeshifters. Wednesday is a psychic, just like her mother Morticia Addams (played by Catherine Zeta-Jones, a Welsh actress best known for her versatility). Throughout the season, she has multiple visions about the past and the future that guide her as she tries to solve two mysteries: one involving a homicidal monster and the other involving a prophecy that claims she will destroy Nevermore.
As the show began, Catherine Zeta-Jones has been on a sensation due to her recent appearance where her looks seemed very different than they used to be. She appeared much younger as if she was in her adult period. As a result, many people assumed that a Hollywood A-list celebrity had something wrong with her face and started to wonder if she has undergone plastic surgery. So, did she really go through a surgical procedure? Let's find it out.
Previously, we touched on the plastic surgery efforts of Chante Moore and Hector Herrera.
Catherine Zeta-Jones’s Plastic Surgery in 2022: Comparing Her Then and Now Pictures, the Wednesday Cast Is Accused of Multiple Cosmetic Treatments; However, the 53-Year-Old Actress Denies All of the Allegations!
Catherine Zeta-Jones's (@catherinezetajones) recent appearance as Morticia Addams on the Netflix original series Wednesday has surprised many of her fans. Many people in the crowd thought her tight and taut face was unusual, leading them to believe she has undergone plastic surgery. She has been connected to cosmetic treatments such as breast implants, a facelift, a nose job, a lot of Botox, and more. The only problem is that she keeps denying everything.
When questioned about her changing appearance, the 53-year-old actress previously explained that it is due to the stress of working so many hours on stage while also caring for her family. Other changes, on the other hand, are more difficult to explain.
Previously when asked about her surgical procedures, the Wednesday cast denied having plastic surgery to maintain her stunning appearance. She did not, however, rule it out in the future. Later, in an interview, she stated,
I'm not against plastic surgery in any way. Contrary to popular belief, I have not undergone surgery. Still, that is what I say! I'll go ahead and do it if I feel like it. Who am I to tell someone that (surgery) is wrong if it makes them feel better?
Per Catherine Zeta-Jones, she highlights her youthful appearance to exercise and healthy eating rather than plastic surgery. She explained,
The true hydration comes from within. There is no such thing as drinking too much water. No diet sodas allowed. I believe that sweating every day is beneficial to the body. I either run on my treadmill or go for a power walk outside.
Looking at her no-makeup appearance, her eyelids are an excellent example of plastic surgery. She had a low hairline prior to having her children, but she was still beautiful. Her hairline appeared to lift significantly after that, indicating that she had raised her brows. It's true that it highlights her eyes a little more, but why mess with a face that is already flawless? Was it because her husband, Michael Douglas, also had facelift plastic surgery? You'll also notice that her brow is unusually smooth for a woman her age.
Compared to her then and now pictures, her breasts are also noticeably firmer and larger than before. Meanwhile, doctors believe that breast enhancement is the only way to achieve this level of transformation.
Also, her nose job is telling; instead of being broad and bland, it has been shaped to appear narrow and pointed. This is another unnecessary change because she looked great before. Some believe her ancient nose would have appeared odd on such flawless skin if she hadn't had Botox to smooth out her wrinkles. Her face is strangely free of flaws now, implying that the former nose would be the focal point of attention.
Unlike the nose job, Jones did not speak much about her Botox treatment as well. She never responds or elaborates sufficiently on the possibility of her Botox or any cosmetic treatments.
